Our wonderful Kids Kingdom features plenty of absorbing and exhilarating activities for the little folk at Farmfest. From circus tricks to magic shows, craft making to puppet sing-alongs, there’s plenty to keep you all entertained – both kids and adults alike – and with animals at the heart of this year’s theme you really can let things get a little wild. Grrrr!
Get ready to play! DragonBird Theatre is an innovative and popular Bristol-based early years theatre company. Ideal for children aged 0-5 alongside their grown-ups, the shows will be enjoyed by all ages.
Join Matt & Lou and their puppets for some toe-tapping, bottom-wiggling, crowd-pleasing singalongs! From Banana Dance to Chocolate rolls, these songs both old and new are guaranteed to get the whole family grooving.
A high-energy and imaginative dance class for children with the ever-exuberant Robyn Howe. Culminating in a performance for the parents of I Wanna Be Like You from The Jungle Book, this is not to be missed!
It wouldn’t be fair for the adults to have all the fun, so we run kids’ yoga classes in the Kids’ Kingdom, and adults are strictly not allowed. (Well, maybe we’ll let you watch from the sidelines!)
The Maha Devi Yoga Centre is a leader in both therapeutic and fun yoga sessions for children and young adults. Suitable for all the festival’s little people, the classes offer a wonderful way to increase their co-ordination, self-awareness, confidence and self-esteem while they stretch and strengthen their bodies, helping them relax, concentrate and be gentle in a fun and creative environment.
Malcolm is one of the best children’s entertainers on the circuit, providing quality entertainment for well over twenty years now. The 45-minute show is packed with slapstick, fun and laughter, the making of wonderful balloon animals, and finishes with an incredible Magic bonanza.
Suitable for all ages including parents, the show requires lots of participation, and the help of several Magician’s Assistants.
